Lindsey received her Master of Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato and her Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Winona State University. Lindsey has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in school-based, in-home and community settings. She provides individual and school-linked therapy services. She relies on relational, developmental and trauma-informed perspectives that combine cognitive behavioral, attachment and solution-focused theories to address issues related to anxiety, depression and trauma. She has clinical experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD and individuals with developmental disabilities.
