
Jessica Harder graduated with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Jessica’s credentials include being a National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and MAP (Managing and Adapting Practice) therapist. She has gained professional experience as a full-time school-based therapist in Bemidji for 2 years before returning to southern Minnesota. Jessica has experience in working with issues related to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-and-stress related disorders, anger, defiance, and ADHD. She believes building a strong therapeutic relationship is the basis for successful therapy. Jessica often uses cognitive-behavioral techniques to promote the healing process and encourage change.
