Anaka is a Clinical Intern at Counseling Services of Southern Minnesota in St. Peter, Minnesota. Anaka is in her final year at Minnesota State University, Mankato where she will achieve her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2024. Before pursuing Mental Health Counseling, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minored in Organizational Leadership from the College of St. Scholastica. Anaka has five years of experiencing working with student life on college campuses where she would help individuals with leadership development, resource finding, conflict resolution, and relationship building. Anaka is eager to implement her therapeutic skills and to utilize her past experience of working interpersonally with individuals to help perspective clients with their mental health needs.
