Anaka is a Clinical Trainee working towards independent licensure at Counseling Services of Southern Minnesota serving the St. Peter and Mankato locations. Anaka studied at Minnesota State University, Mankato where she received her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Before pursuing Mental Health Counseling, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minored in Organizational Leadership from the College of St. Scholastica.
Anaka enjoys working with adolescents and adults from all walks of life but is particularly interested in providing therapy to those struggling with interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, overcoming adverse familial dynamics, and self-identity. Her approach is tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs, emphasizing self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment.
