Counseling Services of Southern Minnesota accepts all major insurance companies. Medical Assistance, and several Employee Assistance Programs. Please contact our intake department at (507) 931-8040 to determine your benefits. We provide reduced rates for individuals without insurance. For qualifying individuals a sliding fee scale is available. Same day pay is also available.
